- A short bilingual notice: Sofia is AI; the call may be recorded.
- Then Sofia, speaking as an assistant for PILON Qubit Ventures.
- Hours on file: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM Central. After hours she still answers and can take a callback.
- Say "I want to talk to a person" to escalate.

Forward your existing number. Do not buy a new DID unless you already decided to.
